Big rig collides with train | News
NEWNAN, Ga. -- Nobody was injured when a train crashed into a truck in Coweta County Tuesday morning.
The accident happened shortly before 7 a.m. on the train tracks along Highway 29 in Newnan.
Georgia State Patrol said the wreck occurred because the truck partially blocked the train tracks.
Highway 29 was closed at Weldon Road while officials investigated the accident. The scene is now clear.
